Well, actually it doesn't look to hurt much since she's talking with her friends and drinking juice. If that would have hurt, she just would have faint or couldn't even sit (and talk with anyone) or even stopped the process, no?
In my opinion, the first 2-3minutes are the worst, after that you get used I guess (same for tattooes)
